About Bran-Nu Netball Club

Our History

Bran-Nu was established in 2006 with the aim of giving netball a fresh look in Birmingham and beyond. Our club comprises of five teams, ranging from junior to senior players, with teams in the West Midlands Regional Division 3 and Walsall Netball Leagues. Whether you're looking for a social club to improve your fitness or a competitive environment to progress through the tables, we are the team for you!

Our Teams

We have five teams currently competing in both the West Midlands Regional League and Walsall League.

Our regional team competes in Division 3 of the West Midlands League and is currently on the hunt for promotion. We also have 4 teams including 2 junior teams in the Walsall League in divisions 1, 3, 4 and 5. We pride ourselves in our range and diversity in players and abilities and welcome newcomers with open arms.

With many available friendlies against teams such as Superleague Nova Hubs for Severn Stars and BMet Netball Academy on our doorsteps all teams have the opportunity to not only step on court and play against top teams and players but also be noticed and invited to trials for these prestigious hubs.

We have had many success stories from our junior teams with players not only being invited to trials but going the extra step and getting selected to train and compete with their respective hubs also.

Over 40's & Mixed Netball

At Bran-Nu Netball Club, we offer a variety of teams for all, however many would be surprised and happy to hear we also offer Mens Mixed Netball along with an over 40's team for those who love the game and want to continue playing with like minded teammates. It's never too late to start and it's never to late to re-start! Don't be shy give it a go, you may catch the netball bug too!
